Our Services
Screening Tenants & Setting Rent
Our Property Managers will be responsible for advertising the rental property, screening prospective tenants, executing lease agreements, and using the market price to set rents or lease. We will also manage the eviction process in case tenants are not complying with the lease agreement.
Commercial Space Management
Our approach to commercial space management is rooted in efficiency and professionalism. We provide comprehensive solutions, including property maintenance, lease management, and tenant relations, ensuring your commercial property remains a valuable asset, generating consistent returns for you.
Building Routine Maintenance & Repairs
Our Property Managers will handle all routine maintenance and repair requests from tenants or property owners. Service charges may be applied.
Trash Collection
Our Property Managers will reinforce that all trash and recycling are properly placed in the correct bins or dumpsters according to the city requirements. All bins or dumpsters will be moved on the city pick-up days.
Collecting Rent
Our Property Managers will collect rent from tenants and deposit the funds into a trust account established for the benefit of the Landlord.
Mailing & Bill Payments
Our Property Managers will receive property related bills and process it for payment using an assigned bank account by the landlord. All other mails will be forwarded to the landlord.
On Call for Property Emergencies
We will be on call for any building emergency, including safety concerns or emergency repairs as needed. We will dispatch teams right away to resolve the emergency and schedule for full assessment and repair of the issue right away.
Manage Condominiums Repair
Our property managers will work with the condominium association or board to coordinate all required services to provide a peace of mind to all homeowners. We will work diligently to ensure your condominium community operates smoothly, allowing everyone to thrive.
Manage Property Budget
​Our Property Managers will keep accurate records of all financial transactions related to the rental property and provide regular reports to you as the Landlord.
Outdoor Maintenance
Our property Managers will complete regular maintenance of the lawn, including leaf & yard waste pick-up, mowing the lawn, and snow removal as required.
