JMV-Morais provides peace of mind to homeowners, construction businesses, and contractors when delivering projects. JMV-Morais manages small and large construction and renovation jobs in Greater Boston, Southshore, and the Cape Cod areas of Massachusetts, extending to the northeast of Rhode Island.

 

JMV-Morais collaborates with all stakeholders to plan all phases of a construction or restoration project from initial to completion, obtains all necessary regulations and permits, orders necessary supplies, tools, and equipment, and makes sure all projects are aligned with agreed-upon plans. JMV-Morais keeps communication with the stakeholders, community associations, and any regulatory authority as required. JMV-Morais focuses on executing all projects according to plan. 

 

What to expect from our Project Managers:

JMV-Morais provides experienced and responsible project managers skilled in executing small and large construction projects, managing relationships with stakeholders, creating benchmarks for success and deliverables, managing scope of work, overseeing subcontractors, managing budgets, planning work assignments that meet deadlines, etc. 

 

Our project managers will collaborate with architects, engineers, electricians, plumbers, and any other contractors or subcontractors. The project managers will also ensure that all completed work is to a high standard and expectation of the owner or contractor.

Giving Homeowners the opportunity to have a Project Manager on their side to professionally care for their properties.
