Manuel M. Pires (DuNaiss)

Co-Founder

Manuel M. Pires, aka DuNaiss, is one of the founders of the JMV-Morais LLC and the lead overseer of the operations and logistics of the company. He is also the founder of Just Rethink It Consulting LLC, New England Sarau, and the Lighthouse Care Missions. He also leads Food Security activities at Catholic Charities, the Enrichment Center at Second Church in Dorchester MA, and many other community projects. He is an active member of different community organizational boards and committees, and recognized as a community leader.

DuNaiss is skilled in strategic planning, organizational management, quality control, community outreach, accounting, drafting policies and standard operational procedures, project management, property management, and contract management. DuNaiss is innovative, versatile, and recognized for his analytical and problem-solving skills. DuNaiss studied Architectural Engineering Technology at Wentworth Institute of Technology, but remained in the community advocacy and human services field, while using his educational skills at JMV-Morais.

DuNaiss is Cape Verdean, married with two children, a christian member of the church of the Nazarene. He enjoys music, traveling, adventures, meeting new people, exploring new cultures, and making a difference everywhere he goes. DuNaiss is also known amongst family and friends for taking and sharing memories and live experiences through selfies. He is very passionate about his work and the impact in people’s lives. He is always ready for new methods, new ideas, and a better tomorrow today.

With a long 16 years of experience, José currently works as a Manager at the Pharmaceutical Sciences Company, providing a new life expectancy and expectation.

José's family member, married, with a son and a dog; likes to gather family and friends for long hours of conversation and fun, he also likes to enjoy his space with flowers planted and cared for in his private space in the spring, meeting with family and friends during the summer, regardless of being and enjoy winter in the best way, snow skiing in your spare time.
